A total of 66 sea piracy attacks worldwide in the first three months of 2013 were recorded by the International Maritime Bureau (IMB) of the International Chamber Of Commerce (ICC), the Bureau announced.

This number marks a significant decline in maritim­e piracy attacks, compared to the same period of time in 2012 when 102 incidents were recorded.
