Armenia’s Cabinet representatives, headed led by Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan, and National Assembly (NA) MPs, led by NA Speaker Samvel Nikoyan, visited capital Yerevan’s Victory Park, to pay their respects to those Armenians who lost their lives during World War II, Armenia Liberty.org reported.

Enlargement and European Neighbourhood Policy Commissioner, Štefan Füle, visited Albania on 3 May to discuss reforms and country's progress in the EU agenda.

He met with the President Bamir Topi, Speaker of the Parliament Jozefina Topalli, Prime Minister Sali Berisha, Foreign Minister and Deputy Prime Minister Edmond Haxhinasto, Ombudsman Igli Totozani and the leader of the opposition Socialist Party, Edi Rama.

The president of the Kosovo assembly Jakup Krasniqi announced that "Kosovo institutions should prevent Serbian elections in Kosovo by any means", including the use of force and called for replacement of Kosovo's deputy prime minister from the office.

The president of the Kosovo assembly Jakup Krasniqi announced that "Kosovo institutions should prevent Serbian elections in Kosovo by any means", including the use of force and called for replacement of Kosovo's deputy prime minister from the office.

Krasniqi said that a resolution adopted on 16 March concerning the election of Serbia in Kosovo obligated the government "to prevent Serbia from holding local and parliamentary elections in Kosovo". He added in an interview to RTV 21 that "of course, it includes use of force".
