One of the easiest ways to get an instant thigh enlargement, is to eat a diet high in simple carbohydrates, like doughnuts. Foods such as this are extremely high in glucose and, unless you burn it all up through exercise, will be converted into fat. Simple carbs also contain very few vitamins or minerals and a high amount of trans-fatty acid which, when metabolised, produces toxic by-products and fatty deposits. And who wants that?

2. Chocolate
