Yahoo has announced CEO's Scott Thompson resignation, after the scandal involving his credentials for the position.
The Board of Directors has named Fred Amoroso as Chairman of the Board and Ross Levinsohn as interim Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.
Thompson declared in his resume that he graduated with a degree in accounting and computer science in 1978 from Stonehill College. Besides, the school did not offer a computer science degree until 1983, five years after Thompson graduated.
