The President went on to say in his welcoming speech, We will systematically strengthen the logistics base of the Turkmen armed forces with modern, more advanced military equipment, weapons, and we will train our military personnel and experts to be able to operate this equipment. He mentioned that Turkmenistan mutually collaborates with many foreign countries, preserving its status of a neutral government. The adoption of the Turkmen military doctrine is an important step in the government’s foreign policy based on peaceful principles, the president added. Berdimuhamedov concluded by saying, You should always remember and be proud of the fact that you are doing a sacred military duty, which is a great responsibility! This feeling should make you proud with your country, every inch of which is sacred.
