Next stop for Gemis expansion is Hungary
Belfast call centre company Gemis to invest up to GBP one million in expanding its operations into Europe, the company said. The company has opened a new subsidiary in Debrecen, Hungary, to handle customer services for online music retailer Time Life, creating 100 jobs in the process. Gem provides outsourced contact centre services across email, telephone, live chat and white mail.
