Belarus will have to nullify the export duties on oil products, First Deputy Prime Minister
Vladimir Semashko told a press conference in Moscow on 27 January. Up to the present day the export duties on Belarusian oil products have been equal to the Russian export duties. I suppose we will have to nullify the export duties on oil products as the double taxation is inadmissible, Vladimir Semashko said. Our companies invested in the production development. Every year we invest from $150 million to $250 million in our oil refineries to make them more competitive, said the First Deputy Prime Minister of Belarus. Nowadays, the Belarusian oil refineries are more technologically advanced than the Russian ones, according to Vladimir Semashko. Our next objective is to make sure the budget receives oil refining revenues. We have special calculations as to how regulate the relations between the budget and oil refineries, Vladimir Semashko said.
