Dalli letter to Barroso: 'Ask me to resign'

Late on the night of Sunday, October 21, John Dalli sent his official response to European Commission President Jose Manuel Barroso. The letter was also copied to the College of Commissioners, the Presidents of the European Parliament and Council, and the President of the EPP Group in the European Parliament. In this letter John Dalli explicitly asks Barroso to make an official communication with him regarding his status. Notably, Dalli signs the letter as “John Dalli
, Commissioner for Health and Consumer Policy.”
